蒸牛油蛋糕
200g 自发粉
120g 细糖/100g
5粒 A蛋/我用了2粒蛋黄5粒蛋白
3 tbsp 炼奶/鮮奶
3 tbsp 可可粉 或 milo
200g butter/170g
做法:
1. 牛油加糖搅拌融化,分次加蛋拌均匀,加入涮过的面粉,拌均匀,加炼奶。
2. 把1/4的面湖分出来加入可可粉拌均匀。然后把白面湖和可可面湖交替倒进模型里,最后锅里水滚了放去蒸30分钟就大功告成。
