花雕酒鸡

鸡半只,黑酱油,蚝油,胡椒粉腌制3小时。。。
烧热麻油将姜丝爆香,再放入腌制好的鸡炒至香。倒入花雕
酒煮至熟。(看个人口味。调味料不够可再加)
((放了花雕酒,没放水。花雕酒看个人放多还是少))
