咸鱼炒豆苗
材料:
咸鱼半条,蒜适量,有机豆苗一盒,盐适量
做法:
先将咸鱼煎香备用,然后热油锅下蒜炒豆苗然后添加一些盐
调味然后熄火拌入咸鱼即可上碟。
