酸辣阿杂
辣椒香料研磨:
辣椒干30条,小葱头10粒,蒜米5瓣
黄姜3公分,峇拉煎20克,香茅2枝
调味料:白醋 9汤匙,白糖 5汤匙,盐一点,花生(炒香剁粹粗粒),芝麻
材料:黄瓜,长豆,红罗卜,包菜
做法:1)起热油,把香料爆香,加入白醋,糖,盐。。。后加入蔬菜炒一下,煮好了撒上芝麻和花生碎,搞定!
