咸蛋金瓜

材料:
金瓜切片,咸蛋黄4粒(要煮熟)壓碎,咖哩叶,炸粉(做成浆状)我用合隆牌炸粉加少许盐。

做法:
1.把金瓜炸好侍用。2.下少许牛油炒香咖喱叶加入咸蛋黄5分钟在加入已炸好的金瓜拌匀就可上桌啦!
