面线糕



Ingredient
材料:

Mian sean  
面线 300g 
Prawns       虾米150g 
Onion         葱头 100g 
Water          1400g
Mushroom  香菇 30g
Mince pork  肉粹 200g
Garlic         蒜头 2Pcs

Ingredient (A)
材料(A):

Light soya sauce  生抽 1/2Tbsp
Sesame               麻油 1Tbsp
MSG                    味精 1tsp
Pepper                 胡椒粉 30g
Sugar                    2tsp

Method
做法:

1. Heat pan add in oil to fry onion till brown. Fry garlic for a while, add in meat, prawn and mushroom. After that, add in (A) and the mixture till cooked. Remove mixture onto a greased tray. When cool, cut the cake into pieces and fry with oil.
热锅爆香头,蒜头,加入肉粹,香菇,虾米,再加入(A)及水煮一会儿,加入面线煮至熟,然后将熟料倒入盘内。待冷就可享用或者粘玉米粉以热油炸即可。
