蒸蛋糕 steam cheddar cheese cake

材料:
蛋三粒,糖100g,cheddar cheese 4片,牛油80g,牛奶125g,自发粉210g。


做法:
蛋和糖拌至溶解。cheddar cheese,牛奶和牛油隔水煮溶,加入蛋糊拌均。最后加入粉拌均。倒入模型,大火蒸20分钟至熟。全程用手拌就可以了。
