干烧青咖哩奶油蟹 (Stuffed Crab with green curry)

材料:
螃蟹3只(切块掩胡椒粉,少许酱青),青辣椒2条(切碎,点缀用的),咖喱叶3颗,蒜头3瓣切片

调味料:
咖喱粉2大匙,黄姜粉半小匙,牛油两大汤匙,淡奶5大匙,糖盐少许

1)依个人喜好:做法:先将螃蟹油炸一下,捞起隔一边,
2)先将牛油溶化,爆香蒜头和咖喱叶然后加入咖喱粉,黄姜粉,淡奶再加调味料煮滚,慢火煮至浓稠后再倒入螃蟹,煮至汁收干就大功告成了。
